Apple's usage of AR: Dissecting frogs
Froggipedia is the new ARKit application announced by Apple, and its function is exactly as what you are imagining: using Apple Pencil to dissect AR frogs! This sounds less scary and more importantly, leads to less death of frogs. World Wildlife Fund also developed another ARKit - Free Rivers, which shows students the influence of building a dam on river.
